【摘要】 目的 调查分析抑郁症病人的舌象特点。方法 对确诊的抑郁症病例进行中医四诊，拍摄舌片进行舌象分析。结果 81例抑郁症患者中，舌象异常71例(87.7%)。检出淡红舌44.2%、绛舌35.8%、青紫舌11.1%、红舌8.4%及淡白舌1.2%。75.3%患者存在一种以上舌形异常，齿痕舌(46.9%)最多见，其次舌胖大(28.4%)、点刺(28.4%)及舌娇嫩(25.9%)。舌苔异常71.6%，以腻苔(67.9%)最多见。结论 抑郁症舌象特征可为抑郁症的中医辨证提供一定的依据。
